I'll Stand By You
What can I do to make you happy anymore? Seems to be the question I'm asking myself these days...because I guess what once came as naturally to me as breathing or snapping my fingers has become something that I cannot seem to get right anymore. I feel so helpless and useless...but then I have to keep reminding myself that this is not about me, that this is really about you and making you feel better again. I believe that if you truly love someone, that you will never give up on them no matter how low they feel or how miserable they are making themselves - personal opinions aside - because that's what friends do. They believe in each other and they keep trying to make each other feel better. And I guess that's what I'm doing right now, trying. Because you know, as long as I don't make you feel worse, I'll do anything to make you smile and I suppose if you're not ready or if you want some time on yourself, well you know where I'll be when you need me :)
